Randy started working in the Natural Gas Industry directly out of school. He was recruited by Mr. Gibbs in 1992 to head up our Gas Division, and that is how J. B. Gibbs & Son began. Randy has over forty years experience in utility construction and business management.
Randy has successfully completed testing by the Tennessee Contractors Licensing Board, as well as certifications in every field required of his employees on the job. His expertise in the field will see that your job is taken care of from the bidding process all the way through to the completed project.
Bobby has been with the company since we incorporated in 1992. He has worked as a Foreman on various types of jobs and has proven leadership skills. Bobby was recently promoted to Superintendent. His hands on knowledge and understanding of customers needs leads him to guide each crew through any situation that may arise. Bobby has the skills needed to oversee the many jobs we have going at any given time.
Randall Tresner attended Western Kentucky University and joined our team in 1999. He has worked his way through every position from laborer to drafter and is now our Project Manager. Randall has completed training in ultrasonic thickness testing and TDEC Errosion Prevention and Sediment Control Program along with multiple Operator Qualitfication requirements. As Project Manager, Randall does the scheduling and then processes the completion work such as drawings and billing preparation. Randall heads up our Drafters as well, supervising and training with the Locusview digital management system.
Teresa joined the company at it's inception after working for Mr. Gibbs with G & G Construction. She has over 40 years experience in accounting and office management. As a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers she stays up to date on current tax laws and state regulations. Her job also includes keeping compliance records on each employee and maintaining the company Safety Program.
